These terms apply when you hire Nadimul Islam Saif ("I", "me") for design or development work. By paying for a plan or approving a proposal, you agree to them.
1. Services
I provide UX, product design, design systems and, when added, front-end development, as described in your chosen plan or written proposal.
2. Payments
Prices are in USD. Hourly blocks and retainers are paid upfront. Fixed-price projects are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Work starts once the first payment clears.
3. Revisions and timelines
Projects include 3 revision rounds per phase. Extra rounds or new scope are billed at the hourly rate. Timelines assume feedback within 2 working days; delays in feedback move delivery dates.
4. Ownership
On final payment, you own all final designs, source files and code made for you. I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing or under an NDA.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Retainers can be paused or cancelled before the next billing month. If we stop early, unused prepaid hours are refunded. Work already completed is not refundable.
6. Confidentiality
I keep your business information private and will sign your NDA on request.
7. Liability
My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question.
